Thank you for your support in the previous post)))
I realized that every second has its own internal crisis. In general and with you need to work on getting rid of it)). In fact, after vacation, I immediately sit down on the diet of the magga (thanks to Veronica for the excitement), I’m going to study at the Higher School of Economics on the marketer, tk. I want to systematize knowledge and get a certificate. From medicine I’m not going to leave, but on the contrary I want to leave to work already in the clinic. So more than once from me you will hear medical news))))
And now about Peter. To me many girls are asking questions about moving to St. Petersburg. I’ll try to answer the most popular ones now.
1. Did I regret that I moved? Do not plan to return to Blagoveshchensk?
Not a bit did not regret it. I do not want to go back and do not plan. Life in such a big city (second capital) and life in a small city is very, very different. There are, of course, pluses and minuses as always. But there are more pluses for me. From the pros: huge opportunities in everything: from the selection of products in the supermarket (I have never tried before only bread and cheese) and ending with cultural and mass events.
In St. Petersburg something is always passing. A lot of places you can go to. I probably 1% have not yet visited what I wanted. Then there are food festivals, then the patty geek, then the kite starts, the movie under the moon, but the night in museums, etc., etc.
About beauty and a lot of attractions, I generally keep quiet. Parks, gardens, palaces, rivers, fountains … mmm … enjoy do not want … and after all children can learn the story in reality, walk around the house of Pushkin, Blok, etc.
The mass of swimming pools, sports clubs, language schools, circles of all kinds, trainings, etc. Those. imagine what opportunities for self-development and for the development of children. Education in schools and universities I think is also better, but I do not presume to judge myself personally.
I can definitely say the word for medicine. Of course, in St. Petersburg there are ordinary polyclinics and hospitals with typical problems. But there are also smart medical institutions where they provide high-tech care and where very good doctors work. For example, in St. Petersburg, the lowest infant mortality rate in the Russian Federation. But in medical matters, as everywhere else, you need to know specific people and doctors.
There are also disadvantages of a larger city – long distances, many cars, stone jungles.
It is 1 hour before work and 1 hour back. I’m probably most pissed off, although I’ve already adapted. Here, too, you can find your plus. Then I watch a thread on a tablet (at another time there is no time), then I listen to English or read books. You can consider this as a personal time.
Many houses and little greenery in the city – again not everywhere. But we do not live in St. Petersburg, but in Pushkin. Pushkin refers to St. Petersburg (Pushkin district), so we have a residence permit in St. Petersburg.
I adore Pushkin. It’s even smaller than my Blagoveshchensk, but it’s so green, so beautiful. My soul is resting there. For me there is in some sense a village, when you can safely go out in the evening to take a walk. One thing is bad – there is no work there))) And if there was still work at all, the beauty would be))
The traffic jams are of course, but since we drive by car only on weekends, I do not touch these traffic jams. Before work it is easier for me and my husband on the subway. For the present, it has not got us. but I feel I can get it, I’ll start driving then by car.
2. How to me a climate? How does the climate of a child?
The climate is, indeed, not ice. In winter it is dark and humid. Summer for example was good, the whole July was hot, a lot of sun and there was no rain. But even in winter there is no such terrible cold (in Goodness there is also a minus 30-35), i.e. the climate is moderate, humid.
In general, there were no special problems. The only thing in Lehi began otitis. I do not know if this is connected with the climate or with the structure of the ear-nose. Although, ENT doctor says that in St. Petersburg, ear-nose-throat diseases are very typical and very common.
Therefore, it is necessary to plan a vacation and preferably several times a year and longer in warm areas. What we are going to do next year.
I personally did not notice the darkness, since there was no time. All the time at work, so not up to dark. It did not bother me.
In general, this is not Spain, but you can live, again, other advantages overshadow the minus.
Honestly, in plans to leave by the age of 40 live in a warm country on the sea)) This is my dream))
3. Is it difficult to find a job?
It’s hard to find a good job. Again looking for whom. If you are a professional, they are everywhere needed. In St. Petersburg there is a lot of IT, so if you are from this sphere, then welcome.
There are a lot of different offers, but there are also many offers. there is a lot of competition, a lot of specialists, a lot of good graduates who already from the university pass internships in such companies as Coca-Cola, PG, PWC, etc. (still, I think that local universities are stronger, so I’m a little complex about the issue). Those. not exactly the same starting conditions.
Well, nothing)) And here you can go and learn to learn by eye, and take courses. I already wrote above that I will go to school in general in a Moscow school.
Salaries are very different, but on average not high. In Moscow it is higher. Here the average is 30-40 thousand. In the oblast the area is higher up to 100 thousand. In general, all indiyuvdualno, you know, someone gets 20 and some 320.
4. Is it difficult to get a job in school, in a kindergarten?
On the school account at once I do not know, we are still small))
At the expense of the kindergarten. On this topic I have a whole post as we have achieved a kindergarten. In the queue when you move you become anew. So what. This does not prevent you from applying to the local RONO for assistance. They helped us. In general, who really need it, will get both a kindergarten and a school. We are citizens of one country and have the same rights.
Here we are lucky, tk. we live in one sister-in-law and do not pay for food. But this apartment is not given to us, so in time we plan to take a mortgage and buy our housing. Where to go.
The choice of apartments is big, the prices are high. nothing new)))
Many of my colleagues rent housing, a common practice.
It seems to answer the most important questions))
If you still have to ask.
In general, of course, I do not have enough of my old friends, but we often communicate with them on the Internet, some have already come here to visit, and some even moved here.
I am very supportive that my parents moved here. This is the most valuable and important. They are also happy. Mom is retired with a child, Dad is working.
So we got a little bit in the hothouse conditions (and the housing, and the parents are nearby, even this year my grandmother and my grandfather’s grandfather moved, and they are 80 years old))) nothing is also happy too)))
But I have many colleagues who have moved here themselves, some girls in general have moved here alone and are building their lives here. So everything is possible))
I wish all the doubters to make the right decision. You can handle what I can always help))
Mobile application & laquo; Happy Mama & raquo; 4.7 Communicate in the application is much more convenient!
yes my parents sold it here they bought … they did repairs … we also did repairs in this odnushki.
honestly to say-to live and rest-different things, when you live, you never see how, then, when you came here on vacation.
here we think “on scouting” to go this winter, now we are trying to get an apartment to eat … Oksan, can you tell me how many apartments for this day or hotel in the price-quality ratio?
to fall in love with Petersburg, you need to come in the spring, in the summer, but definitely not in winter :): 🙂 🙂 Well, if you’ve decided already – grab rubber boots and an umbrella 🙂
Yes, I organize seminars and conferences for doctors, plus I work remotely as a marketing consultant with clinics.
At first there were feelings, I complexed about education, etc., but when I began to communicate with successful people, with experts different, to look for these experts – I realized that I am with them on a level. And they are interesting to me. In addition, there are very interesting influential people in my acquaintances, so my self-esteem has quickly risen and now I’m not at all complex … I think the main thing is not where you come from and what kind of person you are.
I myself am very glad that I moved to Petersburg, but I’m not sure that this is the “final” point. I love it incredibly, but, damn it, rains, rains, slush and damp … Every autumn my husband and I start looking at the options for moving to the south, but by the end of spring we do not understand where we got thoughts from. 🙂 beautiful. Even rainy. But here in the autumn, in the winter … I would rather “winter” somewhere in Tenerife 🙂
but I do not like small towns … I want to go to St. Petersburg … I also live in the region, well, I’m just in the region, we have not been added yet, I miss the city hellishly, in the region it’s not that.
5 years I lived in Kaliningrad. I was in St. Petersburg with my mother for work for 3 days. The climate is very similar to K. the same grayness and humidity. I did not manage to walk, but I really liked the buildings) Palace Square) we will definitely visit there during the white nights) straight longer, to look at all the beauty))) but if you move from Volgograd, then I would go somewhere in Austria, in a small, beautiful town (well, that’s when I will be 40-50 years old), or else as an option in Spain) there is an aunt’s house) to grow tomatoes on the terrace)
my cousin lives in the suburbs of Zheleznodorozhny, three children, they live very well … constantly calling me … my husband is totally against, and I … parents will be far away, all relatives, no shelter, and so on.
Plans are good) not all at once … I’m afraid terribly to hang a mortgage … but how can I not buy an apartment without it ..
Yes, the beauty of Peter fascinated me, enthralled me. I went to my girlfriend in May for the first time for 5 days total, but so far I remember them, the city and my journey there. I liked it very much)))
Personally for me, there are more minuses than pluses. Especially, as for the road. That’s why I do not want to go to a big city. Once I went to a neighboring city to work and spent an hour there and an hour back. It was terribly exhausting, even more than the work itself. And all these stops in the winter, as I recall … it’s cold, you’re cold, the colds are endless. Brrr … I quit after a year and a half and decided to never again work so far. Now work in a 3-minute walk))) I will not hide, I’m happy with this fact. Since the end of 2009. I work side by side. Better I’ll sleep an extra hour in the morning, and in the evening I’ll spend this hour with my family. But it is natural for everyone to prioritize. If you get used, it’s good.
Mom will not miss it.
