What documents are required for me to enter, legal work and long-term residence.
So I realized that if I am a spouse of an EU citizen and at the same time having only Russian citizenship I can safely move with my spouse in the EU having the right to legal employment.

With you a marriage certificate to confirm that we are a spouse and a certificate of absence of a criminal record for employment, certified with an apostille and translated into English. Do I really think?
What other documents on my part and the wife that you need or the passport of the European Union decides everything from her side?

The spouse is a citizen of Cyprus, we live at the moment in Russia, in the spring the move is planned, the choice fell on Portugal.
Comes out without a contract for a wife, we can move to Cyprus as much as possible, right?
Of course, there is no contract, there is not much money at the moment, there is only the citizenship of the EU wife by and large and a great desire to move abroad.

Here is the number. And on what grounds then, do hundreds of thousands of Englishmen and other northern Europeans live in Spain and Portugal all the time without having work there? I was always sure that for EU citizens moving inside the union is more of a notification nature, the only requirement is to register at the place of residence in case of residence for more than three months, which the British and write on their forums.

Here in this document there is a confirmation on page 16, which lists the grounds, such as work, students, and at the end:
What if you want to stay for longer than three months?
. Other economically active persons (e.g. unemployed, retired, etc.) must also have.
sufficient resources for themselves and their families.
EU country’s social assistance system.
sickness insurance cover.
Also added: The right to reside in another EU country is your fundamental and personal right and.
is granted to you directly by the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
The right is due.
Those. confirmed the primary right of EU citizens to freedom of choice of residence within the EU, than the same Englishmen actively and enjoy, spreading across the EU countries.

Ie we came to a common denominator, according to which Spain still allows EU citizens who do not have a job or study to live in their country. It’s only about money and honey insurance.
As for the sums on the account, the same English people mention something in the region of 3-4 thousand. 30 thousand is the requirement for No Lucrativa for third-country nationals, non-EU.

I’m not strong in Spanish, but it seems like by your reference one of the conditions is:
“Or work for my uncle.”
– Or work for yourself.
– Or the existence of a livelihood and honey insurance:

Of course, there is no contract, there is not much money at the moment, there is only the citizenship of the EU wife by and large and a great desire to move abroad.
And the average salary in the country is (attention!) – 700 euros, of which you pay for the rent + communal + gasoline for cars. Yes, they have raised the minimum salary to 530 euros since January 1st of this year. And on this minimum salary, half the country sits exactly.
And many of the mansions there are bought with funds earned abroad, and not at home, in Portugal.
