Apartments for renting, lucrative houses, hotels and entertainment complexes, retail real estate – that’s what investors are interested in. Also the greatest demand for profitable objects is observed in the large cities of Germany, as many Germans move in search of work, which means that they need both rented residential facilities and further infrastructure development.
The rise in prices for residential real estate in major cities occurs at a faster rate than on houses or apartments in rural areas. Therefore, such facilities are attractive for buyers who are interested in investing, and not buying real estate for their own residence.

Investors are attracted by the fact that the founder, who opened a company in Germany, has the right to apply for a residence permit in this country. The remaining categories are given the maximum possible for the visa legislation of Europe of stay in the country – 90 days in the half year.
